Reading, Communication and Language, and Literacy Audits

Schools can request an in-person reading provision audit / reading review by completing one of our self-referral forms. Reading provision audits/reviews are led by one of our experienced Literacy Specialists and provides leaders with a clear, evidence-informed review.

We have two options for completing and submitting a Self-Referral form:

  1. OPTION 1: complete a Self-Referral form by following the link to a google form (a single form to be completed).
  2. OPTION 2: complete a (fillable) PDF form relevant to the review you are requesting. These forms can be downloaded, completed and emailed back to us.
