This notice is to help you understand how and why Whiteknights Primary School collects your personal information and what we do with that information. It also explains the decisions that you can make about providing that information.

We hold your data on local and cloud-based computer systems, as well as on paper. There are strict controls on who can see your information.

Your records will be kept for 5 years after the completion of your support from the English Hub, after which they will be securely destroyed.

We will not share your data if you have advised us that you do not want it shared, unless it is the only way we can make sure you stay safe, or we are legally required to do so.
